How can I view my order history?

After logging in to your account, you will be able to view your orders and tracking info in the “Account Menu” located in the top right of the website. Please note - tracking will not appear until your order has shipped and the reference becomes available from the courier.

 

How do we pay for merchandise for business purposes?

If you are customer-facing and would like to send swag to a customer, partner, or prospect you may have funds loaded to your account. If you need an increase or have spent your allowance - please reach out to Izzy Sparks on Slack or send an email to elizabeth.sparks@dbtlabs.com

If you are a team/department lead and would like to add funds to your team’s account or purchase something special in bulk for your team you may arrange this directly with the Canary team and pay via invoice. Please reach out to dbtlabs@canarymarketing.com to coordinate.  

 

Can I order items and have them drop-shipped to a customer?

Yes, Currently you may send customers & prospects swag from your account. Just enter the customer contact name and shipping address in the shipping address field. No prices or billing information will appear on the packing slip.

Starting in April, 2024 you will be able to send an external facing page to customers, prospects, and partners for them to select an item on their own! Stay tuned in #swag for more information on how to execute. 


When will I receive confirmation of my order?

Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from dbtlabs@canarymarketing.com with the order details. Shipment confirmations will also be sent from dbtlabs@canarymarketing.com once your order ships.

Can I use a gift card?

Yes! Just enter your original gift card code at checkout to redeem it. For assistance, please reach out to dbtlabs@canarymarketing.com.

 

When will my order ship?

Between 24-48 business hours if placed during normal business hours. We do not ship on the weekends.

Does the dbt Labs Company Store ship to international addresses?

Yes! Please note that many countries outside of the US have import restrictions for promotional merchandise and gifts. We have noted items that are deemed for U.S. shipping only. There is a chance merchandise could get held up in customs for various reasons and can change without notice. Please monitor your tracking number and reach out to dbtlabs@canarymarketing.com with any issues.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?

Please reach out to UPS directly and have the address changed. 

When will my order be delivered?

ESTIMATED timelines:

Domestic Freight = 1-7 business days after ship date, depending on ship to location

International Freight = 2-4 weeks after ship date, depending on ship to location and customs clearance

How do I conduct a refund or exchange?

A prepaid return label will be issued if you received an incorrect item or size from your order. You can use this to return the item. Once the return has been received, we will ship a replacement and provide tracking. All sales are final.

 

How do I order in bulk?

If the quantity of an item you like on the store isn't available, we can place a new order based on the factory minimum. Please email dbtlabs@canarymarketing.com with the item name, SKU and the quantity that you need. You will be provided with a quote. Please note that production time will vary by product, and we will advise the earliest ship date.

 

How do I place a custom order?

For all custom order requests please email dbtlabs@canarymarketing.com. You will be provided with a quote. Please note that production time will vary by product, and we will advise the earliest ship date.

What currency are the items in?

The items are all shown in USD. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Canary LLC.
